RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Due to the nature of our products and services, all return, refund, exchange, and store credit requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Heavenly Healing. Our goal is always to be fair while maintaining the quality, safety, energetic integrity, and standards of our offerings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Perishable products
• Herbal teas, tinctures, consumable wellness products, and supplements
• Opened body products, oils, sprays, or skincare items
• Custom or intuitively selected products
• Create Your Own Rollerballs
• Kits or bundled wellness sets
• Sale items or promotional items
• Workshops, classes, events, sound healings, readings, Reiki sessions, appointments, or digital offerings
Please note that crystals, stones, jewelry, and handmade items naturally vary in color, size, shape, texture, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Heavenly Healing does not guarantee metaphysical, energetic, spiritual, emotional, or health-related outcomes from any products or services purchased.
To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
• Any item not in its original condition
• Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery
• Any approved return that shows signs of use, wear, or damage
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of refunds when deemed appropriate.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• First check your bank account again
• Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
• Next contact your bank, as posting delays sometimes occur

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, promotional purchases, clearance products, discount code purchases, and seasonal sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please email info@heavenlyhealing.net with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item before returning anything.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanged products may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
